Counselling & Guidance using Innovation for the Development of Employment

About CoGuide

The Co-Guide Project aims to develop tangible methodologies and tools to facilitate equality of access in the area of employment for our specific target groups, i.e. persons with any kind of physical or non-physical disability.

The project’s key outcome will be a website as an information and learning resource for potential employers as well as employees, and consequently the development of networks. This will facilitate the transition to sustainable employment for traditionally excluded groups by the development of self-directed learning, competence assessment, personal development and specific job requirement awareness.

The web-page will be jointly owned by the European partner organisations. It will have its own domain but will also be available through the partner websites. The project is based on proven partnerships from previous Leonardo initiatives. All partners bring specific expertise to this project. Enable Ireland, Anthropos, itd and FHTW have led EU-funded projects and have relevant experience in the area of dissemination. Once the outcomes of the project are firmly established, the website will be adapted to local requirements in the partner’s areas and thus impact at national and EU levels.
