The EU employers guide

The EU employers guide has been developed by the Irish Partners - First Employment Services, Enable Ireland - (Supported Employment Programme funded by FAS) in consultation with all partners to the project.

The employers section of this Co-Guide is designed to assist employers in developing "Best Practice" around policies and procedures in the three main areas of employment and human resources:

Managing a Diverse Workforce
Recruitment and Selection
Staff Retention

This section has been developed to cater to the needs of all employers from the very small business with one/two employees to large multi-national corporations.
